We are offering a wide range of services which can be customized according to the preferences of our guests. Thus the apartments from Happy Apartments Valencia combine the comfort of an hotel with the independence of staying in an individual apartment.
Terms of Reservations and Deposits
In order to confirm the reservation, we do require payment for the first night of the reservation. If you stay only one night payment in full is required.
The Payment for the reservation can be made by phone with a credit card or bank transfer. The amount transferred and received in our bank account must be the net amount excluding any internal cost of your bank. The remaining amount will be paid at the time of arrival at the apartment in cash or by credit card. Please note that the booking in not confirmed until we have received the full amount of the pre-payment and you in return have received a confirmation by email or Sms.
The person in whose name the reservation was made must be over 18 and must be the one who is using the property. The number of people who will be using the apartment must be specified at the time of the reservation. The capacity of the accommodation can never be exceeded, except for children under the age of 4 years. In case this rule is not respected, the company is authorized to evict the clients without any compensation.
The guest who makes the reservation and confirms the entry-documents is personally responsible for the behavior of all guests who accompany him.
The client expressly acknowledges that the contracted accommodation does not constitute or will constitute his residence, he only has a right of using the apartment during the contracted period.
Minimum stay is 1 night, except during special days.
All prices are in Euro and include the VAT.
Cancellation of reservations through the client
Any cancellation or modification request must be in writing, fax or email, and will be effective the day after we have received the request. You will be liable to pay the following cancellation charges:
Less than 1 week before your arrival = we will charge only the first night.
Less than 2 days prior arrival = we will incur a 100% charge.
There is no refund if the customer chooses to voluntarily terminate their stay in the apartment before completion.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is guaranteed from 2 pm.
Check out is until 12:00 pm.
It is essential that you will let us know the time of your arrival and departure from the apartment.
Standards during your stay
Tranquility and silence must be respected and maintained at all times.
The quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
The management reserves the right of admission. Indecent or improper behavior that disturbs the peace and coexistence in the building will mean that you are getting expelled immediately regardless to the time of the day or the night. This also means the loss of rent and the bond without any right of compensation.
Parties inside the apartment are not permitted. Are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. It is permitted in the outer areas (balconies and / or terraces).
We are not responsibility for any loss or theft of personal belongings of the guests (documents, money, jewelry) left in the apartment.
Contribute to not waste unnecessary energy and make sure that the air conditioner and the lights are turned off whenever you leave the apartment.
During your stay, empty the trash and deposit it in the nearest trash container.
For your safety, always close and lock the door.
If Pets are allowed, the owner is ALWAYS responsible for them. A consult is required before the stay.
